*sniff sniff* what's that?! the mare perks her ears in your direction and comes closer. aha, she knew it! sugar cubes! she hasn't had her favorite food in so long! she uses her other senses to find your hand and takes the sugar cubes. she doesnt know what you look like because of her blindness, but you look like a kind person to her!

the mare shakes the flies off her forelock, and takes a big whiff- carrots! oh how she could use a few vegatables in her stomach right now. she nickers and walks in the direction of the smell, reaches out, and takes a big chomp out of the carrots! yum, she's quite happy now, with something in her stomach.

while she is chewing on her carrots, you throw the fleece blanket over her back, woah! that startled her a bit, but once she realized it was you, she calmed down and took another carrot and ate it whole, and nickered softly, she seems to be warming up to you!

(dont worry, the winners arent announced for at least a day and a half c:)
the mare hears the chirping, and ignores it, theres plenty of birds living in the old barn, so she doesnt acknowledge it. you set the bird on the fleece blanket on her back, and she barely notices it. hm, looks like she doesnt have a fondness of birds after all.. she sniffs and nudges you for more carrots!

(thats okay, the winners arent announced for at least another day and a half ^^)
the mare is confused when you wrap the soft bandages around her fetlocks and gaskins, but she lifts her front leg and whinies in pleasure, the bandages make it easier on her old bones, though she doesnt have any outer injuries!
