Rupture loves the sight of underwater volcanoes. watching pillow lava form on the sea bed, and land formations taking shape from the eruptions excites her. She hopes to see an island form in her lifetime from this method.

The unknown. The mystery world, the other half of the ocean that
he do not know of. The deeper darker depths that he tries to understand.
The ocean is truly an unknown world to him. The beautiful mystery of
something he cannot fathom truly fascinates him. It is truly where the
word of 'unknown' means "a thousand words."

Their favorite thing about the ocean? Rónán would find it hard to pin down just one favorite thing about the ocean to him, especially since he can be rather indecisive. It is one of his favorite places, he prefers staying in the ocean as much as possible and hardly ever goes up onto the land. He favorite thing about the ocean...is the ocean. Everything about it. The freedom and fun he feels it gives him, the freedom to roam wherever he wishes in the ocean, to move closer to the surface to enjoy the warmth of the sun or the glint or the rays of the moonlight as they shine down upon the ocean, or to go down in the dark depths where he blends in the most. Where he is dominant. Rónán enjoys the fun of playing in underwater ocean currents, meeting other creatures, and playing pranks on others in the darkness of the ocean floor, being amid the volcanic vents, exploring sunken ships and subs that lay at the bottom of the ocean floor.
Out of all of these things though, he would probably choose volcanic vents as being his favorite thing about the ocean. Something about them just capture his interest, mesmerizes him. To him, the volcanic vents symbolize power, change, warmth, life, beauty, and unpredictability. Volcanic vents allow for his beloved ocean to grow and change, making it so that there will be more life, beauty, and diversity to arrive later on after their volcanic action. He also enjoys the hot springs that come from them, it means that he doesn't have to go up to the surface to enjoy warmth. He can stay at the bottom where he blends in and not get too cold either.

She has always found herself in awe of the absolute vastness of the ocean. Just thinking about it's size and all there is to be explored is dizzying. And the sheer size of it's features, it's trenches, it's mountains, it's volcanos. All amazing and powerful it fills her with a feeling of pride it call it her home.

What Roman loves the most about the ocean is simple, but its something that almost all other creatures take for granted. He loves the way that water itself. The way it surrounds you, crashes against you and drips down your body. The clear liquid feels so smooth that one could describe it's touch as soft. Its a strange thing to enjoy, but some how the most necessary substance for life amazes this Mako. The way it moves through out the ocean, seeming almost like its alive and expressing emotions itself, is what Roman loves the most about the ocean. Its the simple things in life, he says.

Grafia's favorite thing about the ocean is the ability to hide in it. The blackness offers a refuge, but if you can't go that deep you can simply dive in and hide in some coral or behind a sea cliff. The sea also fascinates her. What's beyond the blackness?
Another reason she loves the ocean is the sharks. She loves every kind of shark! In her extra time, she struggles to find Megalodon, the biggest shark ever recorded that is claimed extinct. But we have only explored 5% of the ocean, Grafia reasons, so Megalodon could be out there. She hopes to find this legendary shark one day.
So basically, she likes most things about the ocean, but is fascinated with the ability to hide in it, the darkness and mysteriousness, and the sharks.
However, Radina doesn't like the ocean and only goes in it absolutely necessary, and Grafie usually follows her lead, being the private while Radina is the sergeant. She respects Radina too much to disobey her orders, which is "do not drag me into the water; go in there on your own time." Fair enough.

Their favorite thing about the ocean?; Vailulu'u's favorite part of the ocean is, ironically, the debris he finds floating around, or submerged. While the initial thought about littering in the ocean is something he absolutely despises, the thought of where said item came from is what catches his attention. Was there some meaning behind that item, or was it uselessly strewn into the one place said person could think of? Being a curious Mako, anything "alien" to the ocean is worth looking at, and that includes things that could be considered scraps.

Occasionally, Vailulu'u has found things worth being curious about. Washed down jewelry and abandoned items. The thrill of the mystery fires him up, and trying to find a reason is what he finds to be the joy.

This is probably the question Volkan hates answering the most. He loves the entire ocean and couldn't imagine a world without it. If he had to choose one thing, it would be the pure mystery of the ocean. There is so much of it we haven't explored yet and so far we have found some incredible things. Can you imagine the things we have yet to discover? There are amazing animals and plants that are found in the darkest depths of the seas.
Plus, the ocean makes up over 70 percent of our earth. Why wouldn't you love it?

Their favorite thing about the ocean? "ah, this is a hard one. The ocean is big, wide, mysterious. You can't just pick one thing you love about it. I have to admit though, I have always loves the underwater volcanoes. They simply fascinate me, how they came to be and such. I can just imagine them erupting, despite the fact they are underwater. I know it's a little odd, but I have to admit it's my favorite things next to the intriguing fish and mammals that live there, which I can commonly find around the underwater volcano."
