APRIL 14TH 20XX
The operation was a success! I have created a creature that will seek and destroy something, if you show it a picture of its victim. Sounds boring right? Well, this creature kills its prey by spewing a radioactive gas that is so putrid, it knocks out anything that breathes it in. The creature devours the victim only while they're out cold, so they don't fight back.
The appearance of the creature is hard to describe - it looks like a big green blob with organs inside. The blob can slip through even the tightest spaces! I created this creature in order to win the war - the opponents will run away in terror! Hahahahaha!

APRIL 16TH
The creature's training is going well. I've been making it kill rats, but it will eventually take down bigger and bigger creatures... I feed it anything I find, mainly leftovers from lunch. It seems to be eating more and more as the days go by...

APRIL 17TH
One of my previous experiments - a lion with blue fur - escaped today. I couldn't locate my blob until the lion was recontained. Afterwards, it mysteriously appeared in my lab... It's getting much wider now. Coincidentally, the lion was returned to its enclosure with several wounds, apparently inflicted by acid.

APRIL 20TH
While the blob was devouring a large domestic cat, two round green objects rolled out of its back end... Upon closer inspection, they turned out to be eggs. They smell terrible, even when I wear a gas mask. Genetic inspection of one of the eggs revealed that the blue lion had somehow mated with my blob creature... I have witheld the blob's training, in case it lays something more dangerous...

APRIL 21ST
When the blob didn't spit out a giant dragon, I continued training it. It's a lot bigger now, and it can eat cattle and horses. The eggs seem harmless, other than a nasty smell.
APRIL 22ND
The blob creature is large enough that it can now kill humans... I send it out in a battle today, yet my side lost... I must train this creature harder! It's so aggresive it tries to eat me, but I know better than that.

APRIL 23RD
My blob increased tenfold in size... I don't know what happened, but whatever it was forced me to release it into a field, in order to prevent it from swallowing the facilty... I will miss it greatly. The eggs it left behind are doing well. One of them is much bigger than the other.

APRIL 24TH
The blob just doesn't want to leave. I think I can hear it churning out there in the field, and it sounds like it's saying "GIVE BACK THE EGGS"... but it's just my imagination, right?
Oh, there's a crashing noise-

i wanted to KEEP the eggs but yhe blob was too large it wouldnt let me get to them. It kiled everyone but me. Everything is in ruins but i must survive i will not fail i must get to the eggS.......

The following diary excerpts were found in the ruins of a science lab, along with an acid-melted corpse and two mysteriously unharmed egg-like objects. Locals have reported seeing the slime creature described in the logs at night.

if you don't understand what happened, the lion mated with the blob when they had escaped, and the blob had layed two eggs. the blob was very protective of its eggs, and it wound up growing so huge that it devoured the whole building, leaving only the author of the diary alive... however, he soon was devoured by the beast anyway.
