What pup you're trying for;
The blue boy <3

Why couldn't this pup be taken care of?;
He's a bit too uncontrollable with extreme amounts of emotion. When his paws glow a bit too bright/icy blue, they tend to freeze whatever is under them, and his tail paint controls ice as well. Usually, when too excited he'll send out little shards of ice, that shoot out around him, of onto the floor. And the cutest thing, is when he sneezes and little ice flakes flutter around him.
