    A weeping willow,
    such a sorrowful and
    beautiful tree how
    can you not love them?
    With their hanging leaves
    and branches they look like
    something straight out of a
    fantasy novel, which is what
    enchants me about them.

Favorite Tree: Magnolia Tree.
But I don't like the standard ones that are full of pink flowers. Where I live there aren't many magnolias, but when there is one it has mostly leaves and a few huge, white flowers. It's commonly called southern magnolia or bull bay magnolia.
I have one in my yard and it's a very unique tree.
It's leaves don't change color, but during winter it only has leaves.
In spring it grows pods that look like this.
In later spring they grow red seeds out of the pods.
Soon flowers bloom around the pods.
Then the pods fall off and all that is left is the huge white flowers.
I swear they are the best smelling thing in the world.
Where I live not many flowers actually smell like anything. But magnolias smell so incredibly good!
sorry I may be inactive for a while
something has come up

My favorite tree is a Quaking Aspen. They are so simple and unique. We'll actually, they aren't that simple, they are one big organism growing together, that is why if one tree gets sick, the rest and perish with it. It is really quite sad and cool at the same time.

There is an old legend about them... Once upon a time, long ago, when Mother Earth and Father Time ruled the lands and seas, without the touch of humans, Father Time told every tree to grow tall and strong and reach up for the sun. All of the trees did as he asked, all except for the Aspen trees, for which Mother Earth punished them, she made them quake. And the quaked ever at the slightest
whisper of wind, shuddering at a small gust. That is why they are know known as Quaking Aspens.

Favorite Tree: The Willow Tree, they have always been my favorite tree ever since I was very young. They are very pretty trees, the way their branches seem to lean down towards the ground, leaves flowing in the wind.

Favorite tree: I really love birtch trees. They’re so simple on their own, but have a mysterious sort of beauty when in a forest. I also love how they grow as well. No one tree is to close to another, so its nice and spacious between them, making the forest feel bigger and brighter.
