Two figures hover above the surface a small stream, looking down into the reflective surface from the sandy bank; one face a bit more curious that the other.
"This is boring." Maulik replied before leaning back and settling heavily on his haunches with a grunt. Idris objected with a whine.
"Oh come on Mau, you never play with me and Cambio so the least you can do is help me look for some of those rocks I saw here yesterday." She turned to her sitting brother, indigo-red eyes narrowed in frustration.

Her brother in turn gave a snort, stood, and walked away. She watched him leave and then sank to her haunches with a furrowed brow, lowering her head with a sigh as her ears drooped. Idris couldn't find herself very interested in her hunt for the pretty rocks anymore. She loved her brothers but, well... Maulik was a hard one to bond with. As was Cambio, but she played with him regardless. Idris only could hope she was strong enough to beat her brothers some day.

"My my, that was quite mean of him wasn't it?"

Idris's eyes perked at the sound of a new voice, eyes lifting to a towering brute with pale green eyes. She blinked and stood, shaking off her fur.

"He's always like that." she replied. The wolf before her chuckled and settled on his haunches with a grace that awed her. How was he so tall?

"Is he now?" The wolf asked. Idris in turn, nodded.

"Mmhm. He doesn't play with me at all, but It's okay because I'm weak and he's strong."

A sadness touched the wolf's eyes and he lowered his head to smile faintly at Idris.

"I doubt that's true..." He seemed to brighten then and looked around, turning his head to grab something from his side. A butterbird feather ear piece dangled from his teeth as he gently set it at Idris's feet.
"See this? I want you to have it. As long as you have it Idris, you will always be strong."

Idris's ears perked. "I'll be strong?"
The wolf nodded.

"Thank you!" Idris cried, gazing at the item in wonder before looking up at him "I forgot to ask... What's your name?"
He smiled.

"I am Rayo." he paused "But Idris, you must never lose hope or your strength may disappear. Be very cautious, little one."

a thin, gold, feather-like piece of
metal.
- Claw add-on's that slip over her toes.
- Cream colored fabric that helps
hold her armor in place as well as
keep it from making noise against
its self.
- [left side only] Coarse silver-grey hairs dyed
red at their ends.
- Gold-black guarders on her front and hind legs.
