Description of this boy using his powers: I lift my head to the sky, rain dripping down my neck. The air is still while the world around it is a barrage of movement. This just isn't right... The air still during a storm? I shake my head. I know I'm not supposed to do this... I flick my tail and lift a hoof, making a quick symbol in the air. There is a short pause before the wind picks up, blowing my mane softly at first. Then it blows harder, eventually whipping my mane and tail. Now THIS is a good storm. I smile to myself as I let the storm consume me.
