I'd have to say, I'd name this little boy Raion. Yes, I bet you're expecting electrical themed, or pokemon/pikachu themed names, But raion means "Thunder". Which is my favorite move on Pikachu, thunderbolt! <3 Also, its sounds really cute to me~
