I'd like to adopt this Fern Puff!

Name: Zaroff
Gender: Male
Personality: Zaroff is, upon first meeting, a true gentleman. A man of the literary arts, he commonly recites passages from his favourite authors. He seems to harbour all of the virtues that are so rare to find in today's world. Polite, reserved, with a charming talk and exquisite manners. It seems that there is nothing wrong with him.
But, of course, no one is perfect.
Zaroff enjoys the thrill of the hunt, but not the hunting we know. Instead of hunting for insects and pomegranate fruits, Zaroff found a prey that was much more exciting to satisfy his hunger for an adrenaline rush. He chose the creatures that he had known for all his life, that were more dangerous than any other.
Other Fern Puffs.
It's rather intriguing to him, how easily it is to invite a small family groups to his "humble abode" and then pick them off, one by one. They oftentimes try to reason with him, which makes them the most dangerous creatures to hunt. One wrong move, and Zaroff himself could end up dead.
For this, Zaroff is an isolated Fern Puff, commonly left to himself in his large oak tree. No one dares cross its path; that would mean impending, certain death. Occasionally, he finds a Fern Puff that matches his skill, and only then will he offer them a life as his hunting companion.
Most of the time, they decline his offer. Rather hastily, at that.

Sorry if this is too out of the species borderlines, I'm very eager to use this personality for a character, and what better way than to use a character where looks truly can be deceiving?

Congrats on your new Fern Puff! C: I loved your form a lot, and even though it's much different then the species standards, it works for Zaroff. He'll be one of a kind for the Fern Puffs. (Which is good considering that if we had a bunch of cannibalistic Puffs, the world would probably end, xD) Take care of him! ^^
