Pony Name:
Chevaleresse
Aka Chevy~
Okay long story behind this one. ._. ~ So there is a trick called a Caballerial (a 360-degree ollie while riding fakie.) anywho it was named after the man who invented it (Steve Caballero) well his last name means knight in Spanish but seeing as there is no female equivalent to a knight in Spanish I turned to French and that would be Chevalière. However a Chevaleresse (Same pronunciation just different spelling and different meaning. :p) would be the wife to a knight and I liked it's spelling a bit better so yeah this name was born. :x
Age:
I think she'd be around the age of twentytwo, So whatever the pony equivalent to that is. :3 Too lazy to look it up. ;D
Cutie Mark:
Something along this lines of this~

(Ignore my dirty scanner. o///o)I kinda wanted it to be simple-ish but include the tree of life and well this just popped out. o.o Plus it was the best I could think of so woo. \o/(I'm getting really random with her details. :x)Talent:Known for giving "life" or better yet hope to those she surrounds herself with, she is known for being very optimistic and can talk nearly anyone out of a depressed state, people often say her name suits her for who better to marry a knight than a guardian of hope?
As for "talent" She's really unsure exactly where she belongs in the world, as her talent really has nothing to do with staying in one place or making something in particular. Though she's found what she's good at she's just as lost as any other blank flank..except she knows she's meant to change something..maybe she doesn't even belong in this world. Maybe instead she belongs to it and everyone that inhabits it, because everyone needs hope.
(Oh gosh that's so corny, I don't even know what I'm doing anymore. e.e)Story:Chevy was left on the doorstep of an orphanage on the bright spring day she was born. The orphanage wasn't that bad, lots of others to play with and she had never known anything else so she couldn't really judge this place based on that. Though she did feel there had to be more out there waiting for her to discover it.
Not really getting picked on herself she kind of just tried to blend in the best she could, never stepping on any toes or ruffling any feathers by saying stupid things that she knew could go unsaid. She didn't see the point of that, though others around her often started fights over something one another said. It was very stupid to her..fighting over meaningless words that rarely spoke the truth of the matter at hand, it was just ignorance.
Around the age of thirteen years old Chevy was outside with a few of the ponies she had become close to at the orphanage when one of the younger children got pushed by a known to everyone bully and was crying on the ground with a scraped up knee. She watched the whole thing happen but for some reason she felt strange about this, normally she had kept to herself and let people solve their own problems but at that moment she felt she had to do something about it. Maybe it was the fact that the fight was so one-sided and ridiculously over balanced.
Approaching the brute Chevy pushed him a little and said "Leave him alone." While giving him a pick on someone your own size stare. The bully then proceeded to push Chevy back making her fall just like the boy she was defending, now that it had become personal Chevy got to her feet then tackled the bully. About that time their caretaker came out and pulled Chevy off of the bully then as their freetime ended she took them both to the office and got each of their stories.
Chevy wasn't punished too harshly because it was her first time causing trouble but still fighting wasn't allowed and she was given double chores for the next few weeks. After getting patched up from the couple scrapes she had acquired she made her way back to her room and sitting beside her door was the little boy that had been crying on the ground before. Standing up as she approached he gave her a hug nearly knocking her over. A bit dumbfounded Chevy just stood there then eventually he let go and just looked up at her.
She quickly learned he didn't speak. So she just motioned to his knee and asked if he was alright which he replied to with a nod and a smile. Chevy didn't know what to do now would he follow her if she went into her room? How awkward would that be?..Ignoring her room she went to the mess hall to get her lunch and of course he tagged along.
For the next few years the two were well inseparable but as Chevy was getting close to eighteen it was about time for her to leave the orphanage and go out on her own no longer anyone's responsibility. Around this time her little friend had began to get very sick, he didn't leave his room to do much of anything besides eat, one afternoon Chevy was making her way to his room to pay him a visit when she noticed their caretaker walking him out of his room and eventually out of the building.
Later that night when her caretaker returned she was alone. When Chevy asked her what happened to the boy she walked out earlier she only insisted that she had no idea what Chevy was talking about and that she must have been imagining things. Incredibly upset at the fact that she was lying and she knew she saw him leave with her but not getting to know what their caretaker had done with her best friend was really getting to her.
As another year passed it was time for Chevy to leave. She walked past his room one last time and looked at it's empty floors with a sigh. She was never was able to figure out what happened to him that day, though now she's pretty sure he was taken to the hospital and later passed on. At least that's what she tries to tell herself.
Since Chevy's release from the orphanage she has been quite the wanderer, unable to settle down anywhere and get a proper job she just got used to aimlessly wandering. At least this way she had more time to get in touch with herself and because of all the sights and places she got to experience she doesn't regret any of it.
Couple things. c: I know it's kinda all over the place blah sorry about that~ ;~; and I wanted to add this in case it wasn't clear, her cutie mark appeared after defending the little boy that later became her best friend, more specifically when he hugged her at her door. c:
Fears:She's afraid of being alone in the end. She gives people hope but then they move on with their lives and where does that leave her? It's hard to find someone that will stick around forever but I guess you just have to be the kind of person worth sticking around for. So maybe if she keeps on spreading hope this fear will eventually leave her but until then it's ever nagging at the back of her mind constantly reminding her just how alone she believes she is, sort of taunting her like a haunting memory you just can't forget.
Dreams:She dreams of finding her true place in the world. Not just her destiny but the meaning behind it, why she was given such a task, why herself of all people was given the responsibility of spreading hope. I mean she's good at cheering people up and bringing them out of the darkness, but is that it? Is that all she's meant for in this world?..Though it is her destiny, so does she really have any place to question it? Should ones fate be decided from their birth?..what are you to do with your fate if you don't feel that it means everything and more to you? What if you just plain don't believe your fate is really all that's out there for you?...So many questions that can't be answered. I guess you just believe what fate tells you until you can tell it otherwise.
Also sorry I had some massive everything block while trying to finish this form. e.e
