Reason For Choosing This Name?
I wanted her to have a boyish name to show she is not a girlie-girl.
I thought Julian fit that description pretty well.
As for the last name, she is a descendant of Reid Charter.

Jules is a total tom-boy, doesn't mind water and all that stuff.
She is spunky and playful, a noble leader, kind and caring, and when the time is right she can be very serious. Just a little ball of everything!

At an old sea port by the Atlantic Ocean known as "Charter Town".
Famous for their sea charts and maps, founded by Reid Charter.

It is a very busy place and she loves her work.
