Inside the box is all the evil in the world. This box has been passed down through Serrure's family for generations. Back when the box was first created, it's first owner was too curious to know what was inside, and the owner opened the box. The owner opened the box just a crack, and fled thousands and thousands of evil. The owner was too stunned to close the box, and all the evil escaped in just seconds. Since then, Serrure's family has been responsible for finding the evil, and recapturing it in the box.

The song 'Sad Beautiful tragic' has a line that says "I stood right by the tracks, your face in a locket
", which I was reminded of when I saw the locks and keys. Another line in the song says, "Distance, timing, breakdown, fighting" which is where I got the idea of Distance.
What's in the box?
Another line in the song is "Long handwritten note deep in your pocket. Words, how little they mean when you're a little too late." Which is where I got the idea of a note. A long, handwritten note, of course. This note is from Distance's childhood best friend. It was a letter, a goodbye letter, when her friend moved away. She keeps it locked up, as it's very dear to her and she couldn't bear to lose it.

No idea why, the box looks old, and old things get lost easily, and this box was found. And Amissa Repertum is Latin for
Lost is Found, which sounds really cool
And this is not grammatically incorrect, as her name is Lost so Lost is Found, but if it was Lost are Found, that would be grammatically incorrect in this context :3

Dear Locket my Flower,
I hope this reaches you my Locket. I hope you will be mine soon so we may bloom together. My hearts shakes and quivers to know that we may be together if I impress your creators. With your adorableness and the colors your bring that make you pop how could I not want you? O my gem, my jewel, my Flower, my chest of wonders. Please be mine?

Why do I call you Locket my dear? Because you hold my heart as only a locket can and if you do become mine. You'll will be the key to my happiness. No! My salvation.

Locket looked at the letter in her paws her eyes welling up in tears. It had been so long since she talked with her dear friend B)ack She Wo)f. She couldn't bring herself to open the letter though it was such a sparkling white with a nice little golden bow. The yellow flower that was attached took the prize as it seemingly shined right before her eyes! She had to open it though..she had to see what was inside and what was written.

Carefully o so carefully she opened the letter setting the yellow flower in a slim jar to the side. With her paws she unfolded the letter and read what was put. It made her smile and she really hoped her creators would make their dreams come true! She set the letter aside as she now discovered the letter also held something else. With a gasp she pulled out the necklace her paws feeling the smooth silver. Her eyes wouldn't leave its center however. For on that smooth silver chain was a pendant. A pendant with a flower that would not, could not be matched by another.

Everything that is meaningful. Inside the box is a life. Joys, sorrows, special moments. Interests, ideas, questions and quandaries about the important things in life that confuse us. Feelings and opinions. Her life and everything that is personal to Treasure, she has hidden inside.

Extra:

Treasure actually really loves fancy keys and lockets and things like that, as well as trinkets and meaningful treasures and stuff (sometimes she makes them from memories or just saves them). So she does have a tangible box of treasures as well as the metaphorical box I was talking about up there ^

Just wanted to let you guys know that you have until tomorrow to get your forms finished/in if you havent already :3 I'll probably end this for judging later in the afternoon (I'm in the NY time-zone ^^). This is definitely not going to be easy to decide.

I also really just wanted an excuse to post so I can thank you all for the interest/complements <3 I never would have expected this much of a response o.o

Keres

Keres was originally used as the name of female "death spirits", daughters of the Goddess of night, Nyx. They are also sources of evil. I chose this name because this Mutato is a collector of evil souls. Her box is their purgatory, where they get one last chance at feeling remorseful for what they've done wrong in life. If they feel remorse, she lets them out to escape to Paradise, but if they don't, they fall into the lower levels of the box, and if they hit the bottom, they drop through into the Netherworld.

The box holds evil and greedy souls that she collects. Her box never runs out of room, because the souls are constantly moving either out or farther down within the box. If they are in the bottom two levels and start to feel remorse, they drift back up to the next level and can eventually escape into Paradise. However, if they stop feeling remorse, they go back down directly into the Netherworld.
