Why do you deserve her? (50 words minimum:)
I think that I deserve her because I have been waiting for an adopt that I love and that resembles me. I don't really think that I deserve her because I haven't done anything for the good of Oekaki or for the art adoption agency's around CS. All I know is that she is beautiful and I would like her to be mine. <3
Personality (100 words minimum):
Neptune's personality isn't different from most girls. She is kind, compassionate, and caring for others around her. She loves helping people, but she is some what quiet around people that she doesn't know. Neptune likes to party and have a good time.
