Dragons Name:
Lilium, the first part of an orange lily's scientific name
Gender:
Female!
Personality:
.:Happy-Go-Lucky:.
Lilium is always cheerful, and usually pretty loud too. She always looks on the bright side of things, and will do anything to make others see the same way. She always treats others with kindness, and her words are carefully chosen.

.:Stubborn:.
Lilium is quite stubborn, and once she has her mind set on it, no one can turn her away. She can get a bit loud and have a few short temper tantrums, but she'll find a way to do whatever she wants to do. She can get wicked serious when doing what she wants to, to the point of running away, creating traps, and misleading others.

.:Athletic:.
Lilium does all that she can to stay fit, and strong, and takes pride in being stronger than others. She works for hours at a time each day to build up her stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, and strength. Of course, her brain is exercised too!

.:Clever:.
One could almost call Lilium sly, if she uses her brain for sinister plots. Of course, Lilium only uses "plots" to cheer others up, and help them along. Lilium studies several hours a day (and night) and keeps herself active.

What would you do with this TCD if you got it:
I've been looking for a good teacup for me, and this one seems perfect. I imagine her as fiery, maybe even short tempered, but still she tries to cheer others up. I would love her, draw her with paper and pencil, sometimes draw her digitally, use her as my "Dragonsona" and finally, put her into a story that I'm writing with all my characters. I'll never be able to get her out of my head! >:U

Short story starring this dragon (600 words maximum):

Lilium stretched her wings and crept out of her nest. It was woven out of grasses, and lined with anything soft Lilium could get her claws on. The morning sun shone on the beads of glittering dew, and Lilium spread out her wings, trying to absorb the sun's heat before the precious time when the "night shift" of the forest, consisting of raccoons, owls, badgers, snakes, and any other creature that took to the night, and the "day shift" consisting of all those who wandered the forest in the sun's light, creatures were all in their dens. The daylight creatures would come out soon, and any straggling night creatures would hurry along to their dens and nests. Lilium warmed herself, flicking her tounge out occasionally to lap up a sparkling bead of dew. It was mostly for fun, because even for teacup dragons, the dewdrops were rather small. Lilium lay down, and pressed her head against the cool, damp earth. Nothing was headed this way at the moment, but Lilium checked the air just to make sure. Only the smells of the night seeping away greeted her nose. Lilium shook herself, then dulled her scales a little bit with some mud, and stuck tail into the air. Right outside her nest entrance was a cluster of orange lilies. Lilium's camoflauge even extended to scent, as she had lived here so long, that she even smelled like orange lilies. During the winter, the flowers on her body "wilted", but spring always brought new buds. The teacup dragons that live around in the forest usually held contests to see who's flowers would bloom first. Of course, those who had plants that stayed colorful all year long couldn't participate, but they could judge. Lilium flicked her wings open, and flew up to the crowns of the trees. She stayed just above the first thick layer of leaves, but below the tops, so she hopefully wouldn't be spotted. Lilium glided from branch to branch, then spread her wings and flew. Lilium rivaled even the apple bloom teacup in climbing and flying skill. Lilium spotted a break in the trees ahead, and swooped down into a clearing. The long yellowish-green grass protected her from watching eyes, and there, Lilium joined her friends. The day was spent swooping through the grass, enjoying the sun and having the occasional dirtball fight. They also compared flowers, as the flowers showed how healthy the dragon was. Lilium sighed when the day was over. She wished that all days could be like this, but her nest was calling her weary limbs, and Lilium thought no more.

Dragons Name:
Fire Lily

Gender:
Female

Personality:
Fire Lily is one of the most loyal friends anyone could have. She is friendly and would help you in a flash of paws. Fire Lily is sensitive and helpful. She's always willing to help and fight for what's right.

What would you do with this TCD if you got it:
I plan to make an RP for Tea Cup Dragons if I get Fire Lily. I won't explain what the RP'll be about until I'm able to make it. I like keeping people in suspense. >:3 I would always love Fire Lily to the bottom of my heart. Her orange scales would cast a brilliant range of sun-colored shades. I could just imagine that. Can you?

Tsara

Tsara has always been extremely shy and timid, which resulted in her elusiveness. Perhaps it is because instead of being like other teacup dragons, who can feel relatively safe between darting in and out of bushes and such, but predators aren't fooled by her appearance unless she buries herself. This leads to her almost always fearfulness of everyone, which in turn makes it extremely hard for you to get close to her. I had an extremely difficult time trying to get her to trust me. But I have noticed a few things that may aid you in getting on her "good side": first of all, you should know that she truly enjoys light, orchestra music. Especially if said piece contains violins. Oh how she loves those. Although she didn't before, I notice now that she sometimes even flits about to the tune - I'm assuming her concept of dancing. Second of all, if you leave out a little droplet of "butterfly juice" (or extremely sweetened kool aid - butterfly juice is what my father and I used to call it when I was younger) and a biscuit or two, it certainly doesn't hurt her image of you. If you're lucky enough to be trusted by her, then of course you know that once she gains more confidence around you, she becomes quite cuddly. In the end, it can get quite lonely being catious of everybody, so if given the choice, she will happiky tag along in your pocket, or even with another dragon. And although it may seem quite unlikely, she does start to get quite cheeky, saucy even. She has an extremely wide range of traits, which makes her quite interesting.

ImageImage
Oh goodness, what wouldn't I do with her? She would be one of my favorite victims when it comes to my art; which would end up with me doodling her on just about everything. From homework to scrap pieces of paper to my sketchbook. And once I get a new tablet pen, I will be able to draw her digitally (which I prefer). Perhaps if I like the pieces enough, I'll even upload them to tumblr (I hardly ever do this, only if I truly like the piece). Not to mention all of the stories she'll feature in - besides this one of course. I admit, most of them might simply be short stories, but that's what I truly enjoy. With anything extremely long I tend to get distracted from, and eventually lose muse. Short stories on the other hand, I love to write! Maybe a little piece of her flitting about the my garden; or of her taking the first sip of nectar after a long, cold winter. And also, I've been seeing little animated shorts around YouTube a lot. But not the type that you would expect your grandmother to send you because she thought it was cute; not the kind that seems to have no plot nor message. No, the kind that are truly breathtaking and beautiful. The animation is simply stunning. Although I never expect to be able to animate at their level, I would like to try my hand at a clip of some sort one day, and I've been trying to think of the perfect character for one. It seems that with her, I've found the one.

I know that I may not be the best writer nor the best artist, but I would be lying if I said that I wouldn't try to show my love for her at every moment possible, because it's true. I just love her so much.

Image
A lone robin twittered from it's perch on the wooden railing, which was soon joined by a couple sparrows. The whole morning was like honey. As sweet and pleasant as it could be. The kind of morning that only happens once in a blue moon. And though I hesitate to call anything perfect, this moment was an exception. It was, in fact, perfect. Dew sprinkled the grass, making it shine and sparkle like little emeralds.

Dragons Name: Tigris

Gender: Female

Personality: Whimsical and curious, bright, cheerful, and spontaneous

What would you do with this TCD if you got it: I would make art of her (both on CS and elsewhere) and put her in my signature.

Short story starring this dragon (600 words maximum):
Tigris knew that she shouldn't be naughty. When the owner of the art shop (who had so graciously let her spend a few days in his studio) left for the day, he smiled his warm smile at her and said, "Now my dear, make sure to stay out of trouble today!"

She had nodded and promised, and for the first few hours of the day, Tigris was good. She had slept in a large, clay bowl for awhile, she watched the bugs crawl along the window panes, and she ate a leftover cookie that had been forgotten for a few days on the workbench.

But then, Tigris got bored.

Perhaps it was the sugar from that leftover cookie, but for whatever reason, Tigris needed to do something fun. So first, she explored the shiny, wonderful tubes of paint that the artist had let her dip her paws into and create her own works of art. Tigris chose a bright yellow and jumped hard onto it, squeezing a yellow glob of paint onto the desk. She winced at the sight; she hadn't meant to get it on the table top. But, since it was there already, Tigris stuck her forelegs deep into the yellow paint and rubbed a big smear right onto the desk. She let her tail drag in it, creating a wonderful swirl on the brown wood. Her little feet left tiny yellow pawprints behind on the surface. Tigris cooed in delight at her art.

As she played, a large, shiny bug flew down and landed on the table very close to her. Tigris froze in place and stared at the bug, her tail twitching in anticipation as she stood watching its multicolored wings shimmer in the light from the sun. It scuttled across the table top, stopping every few inches or so to investigate something new with its feelers.

That was too much for Tigris. With a mighty leap, she pounced on it, but it took off into the air before she could catch it and landed behind a row of small pottery jars on a top shelf. Tigris flew up to the shelf after it to try to grab it, but it scurried away, weaving in between the jars. She chased it, knocking one or two jars to the floor with loud crashes as she clumsily bumped through the pottery, leaving streaks of yellow behind her. When she finally cleared all the jars, the bug took off again, landing on the windowsill. She flew after it, crashing into the glass pane and getting yellow paint all over the window. The bug hurried into the corner of the window, where it squeezed between the window frame and the glass and escaped to the outside air. Tigris shoved a paw through the opening after the big, but she had already missed him.

Suddenly, the doorknob twisted, and in walked the artist. When he saw the mess that Tigris made, he stopped and stared at the little dragon, frowning deeply. She looked back at him, a blush of embarrassment creeping upon her face. She flew over to him from the window and stood on the table, her head bowed in shame.

The artist looked at her for a moment before giving her his soft smile. "Oh my dear, I guess I had been gone a little too long," he said with a chuckle, stroking her tiny head with his pinky finger. She looked up at him and crooned.

"Now, let's clean this up, shall we?" the artist said, letting Tigris climb up onto his hand. Together, they tidied up the studio, putting everything back into its proper place.

And Tigris was a very good dragon the whole time.

Dragons Name:

Titania

In Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, Titania is the queen of the fairies. She is proud, passionate and bold. I thought that this name would be perfectly apt for such a fiery-looking little dragon.

Gender:

Titania would be female.

Personality:

This dragon is a force to be reckoned with.
Titania is hot-headed, fiery, sassy, and filled to the brim with attitude. She's always quite certain that she's right, and will not tolerate argument. She's a little dragon with a huge personality, and will challenge anything that stands in her way. Often impulsive, Titania rushes into conflict with no real idea of whether she can win or not, but is usually saved by her sheer tenacity and stubbornness. She is incredibly determined, and will not back down from anything that she has undertaken.
Easily offended, Ti defends her honour to the last. She's prone to sulking, and is not above giving somebody (or something; it doesn't necessarily have to be alive) the cold shoulder if she feels that she has been slighted.
Her fighting spirit isn't always used foolishly, though. Titania is a loyal friend and defender, and will fight on behalf of the wronged. She has a keen sense of fairness, and hates to see injustice done. She will champion any creature she feels to have been treated unfairly, whether they ask for it or not.
Titania is a fierce friend, and a fiercer enemy. She is mercurial in temperament, but steadfast in beliefs.
One certainly doesn't want to be on her bad side.

What would you do with this TCD if you got it:

I wish I could say 'do tons of art', but right now, I've lost my tablet pen, so no art until it's found, alas.
I may not be able to do digital art, but I will sketch her pretty little head everywhere, from my drawing book to my lecture notes.
However, I will treat this little dragon as well as I possibly can. I will develop her character, write stories about her and, if a roleplay is started up based around this species, I will happily include her in interactions with other TCDs. I will do everything I can to make her three-dimensional.
I only intend to get one TCD, so if I get her, my time and energy will be lavished upon her, and I will make sure that she never fades from the public eye. She will live in my signature and character thread, in writing and in my mind.

Short story starring this dragon:

Titania and the Topiary Terrorist

It was a bright, damp morning, and Titania was licking the dew out of the tiger lilies. The dew in the flowers, she always thought, was the sweetest in the world. There was nothing like it. The dewdrops soaked her wings and scales so that she glittered; a diamond queen, inspecting her realm.

But, something was wrong.

There were noises in the distance.

Yappity snappity yip!
Something small and fast and loud and bold was wriggling through the flowers. It passed through the daisies and the crocuses, the roses and the lilacs. It was invisible under the bright blooms, but Titania could track it by its path. As it ran, blossoms took to the air like butterflies. Stems snapped. Branches broke. Something was coming, and it was carving a trail of destruction in its wake.

It passed through the bluebells and the daffodils, the snowdrops and the agapanthuses.

It was almost at the lilies, but Titania would let it get no further.

She scrambled over stems and leaves, through paths that only she knew, to stop the Botanical Brutaliser head-on. She timed it well, and as she came to the edge of the lily patch, there it was, bounding forwards to meet her.

It was white and brown and hairy and wiry, with floppy ears and needly teeth. It bounced like a rabbit, but pounced like a cat, and its scrabbly paws uprooted the flowers.

It sniffed at a lily, and that was enough. Titania attacked.

She flew to the aid of her flowers, hissing and spitting. Her flower-bark stood up. She arched her tail over her neck and splayed her wings, making herself bigger and fiercer and all-around scarier, all to say:
Go away!

The Terrier, Terrorist of Topiary, Foe of the Flowers, stopped with a slide. It tilted its head left, then tilted it right. Its hot tongue lolled. It seemed to smile with merry ignorance as it thought about the funny little thing guarding the flower-bed. It pondered and wondered, and made up its mind.

It bounced forwards and barked.

Titania growled, flapping her wings in 'Go Away' shapes.

It barked again.

Titania hissed, and lunged forwards, intending to scratch the black-pebble nose of the Merry Mutilator. What she did not expect was for the happy little dog to give her a wet, gooey lick.

Titania was knocked back, raising up dust as she fell. She was astonished; horrified. She'd been batted and scratched, but never licked. Flung, yes. Thrown aside, perhaps. But nothing had ever licked her before. The Topiary Terrorist was coming. Its bounds battered the ground. Thumpata tumpity thump. It was coming to finish her off with its hot doggy slime. Titania the Defender was vanquished.

"Hamish! Here, boy!"

The Apical Attacker stopped in its tracks. Its floppity ears lifted. It gave its goofy smile.

"Hamish!"

With one regretful look at his new friend. Hamish, Harmer of Horticulture, ran back to his owner, ravaging roses and carving up crocuses as he went.

Titania got to her paws and dusted herself off with growing pride. She had vanquished her foe. She was the protector of her patch, the true owner of her turf. Proudly she preened, until her scales were clean again and then, with a toss of her tail and a shake of her wings, she skittered back into her lilies with her head raised high and a strut in her stride.
