This wasn't up for adoption? How could someone have won her? It isn't pretty much fair at all.

I will be really busy until after october or something due to studies. I will be trying to catch up on the adoptables I work in. Please shoot me a PM if you want to enquire whether I want to keep my adoptables before deciding to give them away.

I'm not sure, but because I ended up abandoning this rune I think Flowerdust was one of the only people who remembered her and cared about adopting her ^^;
And when this kind of thing happens, Bena has the right to 'give' a rune to a person.
That happened with Commander's Boreas, and some other runes have been given by FCFS Depending on the situation ^^;
