Hi!

I don't know if you're talking about Viscets specifically or adopts in general, but to adopt, you go to the Created Pets Oekaki (you can find adoption centers in its parent oekaki here)

If you see something you like, click on it. Not all things are UFA though (this here in particular, is not). If it is, it will say so, along with an end date. Usually things are up for adoption in writing competitions where you make a form and the best wins.
