I hope you like him (or her if you want xD) because I've actually been dying to do a Kirin design for a while now, so when you sent it as one of the spooky/halloweeny things as inspiration for a RU, I knew I had to do it!
The scaley markings are just markings, not real scales of course, but I tried to get the effect to look like scale patches and I think I did alright? QwQ
I hope you like the color scheme. It's a bit more iridescent/glowly/mystical than the examples you had sent, but I thought it was fitting and pretty x3
