name:: cassia briar. cassia means "hollow", and briar meaning "a patch of thorns". She usually goes by briar, but she doesn't mind cassia or cassia briar.

gender:: cassia briar is a female, but she is sometimes identified as genderfluid.

headshot:: thank you so much bonk bae. uvu the piercings she has on this side are three anti-helix hoops, two eyebrow studs, a lower lip stud, an industrial rod, and the other half of the nose ring. the reason the hair is swapped is because it's easier to see the piercings now. please don't pm me and tell me to take down that headshot, I'm currently only using it as a spacer. i already asked bonk to recolor it.

why those piercings:: her piercings are a form of enableism to her. she knows that she carries the ability to place philosophically beautiful metal in her skin and no one can make her remove or displace it. if she is feeling more depressed than usual, she twists one of the rods or studs, and it just makes her feel like she at least has control of one thing in this chaos called existence. but in some, twisted way, it's also a form of stress relief. it's when she get's an additional piercing, she gets so much happier than she was just moments before. the process is a stress release practice as well. the more painful they are, the more she feels a huge tension release, like a dam breaking down. she's cried during getting a piercing before, but the pain of the temperate metal piercing her flesh was not the reason. she greatly lacks confidence and her studs, rods, and hoops give her a sense of achievement. she enjoys being 'distinct'. oh, and here's a fun fact i created; her piercings are white gold because she is allergic to silver and nickel.
