Just to tell you this is already a Jewel Mane Dragon and if they have this form too you can't have the JMD either because its the SAME EXACT REF

They probably made the character on a wolf maker on deviant art *which I have been to yesterday and made my own character* and probably just want art of his or her character cause its probably their favorite or something like that.
