Alita is a very kind hearted soul, deliberately going out of her way to help those around her. However, this is almost to an unhealthy extent, as she typically cares for those around her more than she does for herself, always putting their issues before her own.
It's as if she can fix everyone else's stuff no problem, but when it comes to her own, she just spirals into confusion. She is incredibly optimistic towards most subjects, always finding something to be glad about even when it seems like everything is falling apart.
Her optimistic and caring nature makes her a very emotional, but fair leader. Having these two traits makes her efficient in managing people's stress, knowing exactly what to do and how to calm people. She typically takes control though, and may seem like a power freak as she is a perfectionist, and if something she makes isn't perfect, it destroys her. She has doubt in others leading abilities, as it is one of the things that she has trouble seeing when first meeting people.
