technically really bad hand-eye coordination, whensomeone throws something at her

Akita opened her eyes, her pink pupils adapted to get used to the dark light of the factory; she lived there since she felt she couldn’t live in the town. The Kalon got up out of her sleeping position and stretched, one leg at a time.

“Another day.” Akita said with a deep breath, flicking her tail and padding over to a reflective piece of metal she used as a mirror to grab her comb

“Maybe today’s the day?” She said to herself, combing the same spot in her mane over and over until she felt it was satisfactory. Minutes -- more like hours had passed until Akita finished brushing her mane, the fluffy Kalon stood up and walked over to the small window of the factory, sat down and looked at the forest surrounding it. Since the factory was somewhat abandoned nature has taken its spot back from the building. The wind gently weaved through her hair, sending a soft, cold, shiver down her back.

Akita took a deep breath in from the forest area, but was interrupted by a soft, but loud enough to hear, knock on the door of the factory. “What the…” She was confused, she never got visitors. Who was this? Is it a prank? She thought to herself as she walked over to the door, pulling the handle of the large steel door with her mouth.

The door opened and no one was there. “Who in their right mi- huh?” Akita looked down and saw… a letter? It was a letter addressed to them. She never got mail, she never had visitors, and they barely ever went out of the factory; the only time would be to get some food. She looked around and saw no one… strange. She decided to take the letter, she closed the door behind her and went towards the window for light to read the letter. Akita opened the letter and held the paper up to the sunlight, it read:


“Akita…,

I don’t know how to express this but here I go.

I know you feel alone in the factory, you feel like no one could stay…

But I could, I could stay with you. If you let me I mean.


Okay this letter isn’t going well… I wanted to write something to you but I didn’t know what and now I’m stuck…

I just wanted to tel--”

The rest of it was smudged and illegible, Akita still doesn’t know what the stranger wanted to tell them, she still waits from her window for more letters to come.
