A very weird prototype Tracker, with somewhat different abilities. Its tongue contains such an amount of voltage that'll shock an opponent into a paralyzed state upon touch. Its handler is therefore advised to wear rubber gloves at all times. The electricity running in between its ears is the discharge of the dog. When it hasn't given an opponent a shock for a long time, it'll send off excess discharge using its ears. This also causes any electrical appliance within a 40 ft. radius to overload and break, like the damage caused by an EMP. It's best contained in an enclosure, free from any kind of metal. Touching the dog itself will only give you a light shock, but that's very unpleasant. This Tracker Dog cannot breed, and has a short lifespan.

Story time!! :p

Volt sniffed the ground, looking for the scent of the criminal he had been tracking almost all day. He sensed movement in the back of the shady warehouse that he believed his target was cornered. There was a small tendril of electricity between his ears, and more of this energy was building up inside him. He stopped dead and let out a low bark, letting his handler know that the person in the back of the warehouse was indeed the one they were seeking. The gloved hand that had been holding onto his leash unhooked it, and Volt ran silently towards the criminal. The man was dressed in black and was shuffling through a box. Growling, Volt lunged at him, biting down on his arm where the skin was bare. Electricity pulsed through the writhing man's body, rendering him temporarily paralyzed. Volt's owner finally arrived and handcuffed the man. The cruisers arrived to assess the situation and take the criminal into custody. Volt's owner patted him on the head affectionately "Good work" he praised.

Come on people! Juice up your forms a bit! Edit them out and make them seem really enthusiastic and such. Maybe add a little outside info too.
