Just a lil lava lamp shark (or whale) dog , with some bioluminescent plankton hanging around. I had the idea of the ears having a similar effect and look as the glowing plankton bc I’m pretty sure that is a common thing with deep sea creatures (my bad, I didn’t look this up, I just had fun lol)
