Pen Pressure Catte, also known as PPC, are tiny cats small enough to fit into the palm of your hand. They have large, round feet with no toes, however there is a single pad on the bottom of each foot. Their ears are large as well, with the longhaired PPC having lots of fluff on their chest. These cats, sometimes referred to as catte, always appear to be nervous. They have small muzzles despite their flat face. While a PPC's eyes may appear white, they are tinted with the color they actually are. There is no known origin for these cats.

PPC are a closed species. You may adopt as many as you like, however you can not make your own without a MYO (Make Your Own). There are no specific genetics for these cats, leaving more space for more unique catte. You can start by reading the rules, and from there start collecting your ppc! Just watch out when walking through a field. You might step on one if you're not careful.

- PPC is a closed species; you may not make your own without a MYO purchased and approved
- You must be positive and respectful
- You must follow all CS and PPC rules
- If you need to pm an artist for whatever reason, make sure you are not 'bugging' them (Example: Pm a day after adopt ends, asking when custom may be done impolitely and often)
- Rules may be added to, removed, or changed

- You may not use PPC references outside of PPC, nor will you be added
- Do not take credit for a design, idea, or anything that is not yours
- Designs can not be changed unless stated otherwise
- Designs from PPC can not be sold for real currency

- You may get one custom a month (event customs and such do count unless otherwise specified)
--- MYOs do not count towards this

- Adopts should be judged within a month
- Artists should be active and let either the owner or co-owner know if they will be inactive for a while
- Artists should remain polite and also join the discord
- All main rules apply unless stated otherwise

- Designs should be on oekaki, and owners should not be added.
--- Regarding line edits; a single line edit can be made with permission from the owner or co-owner in the discord. Any more edits than that should be from multiple event items and things of that sort, or from a '00 ppc
- Artists may only charge for customs; anything else should be free, or cost event currency during an event

- Artists may make themselves a custom upon hiring. They may also make themselves a birthday custom during the month of their birthday, but run it by the owner or co-owner first. The birthday custom may have a line edit
--- Staff in general may have a birthday custom as well, however it should be made by an artist
- Customs, unless otherwise specified, should not have line edits
