Chirbits are small, chubby little bird-like mammals with thick fur around their neck and the tip of their tail. Once thought to be made extinct 1,000 years ago, a small colony was recently found in coldest, most remote area of Antarctica. These little warm bloods baffle scientists with their ability to leave as they do in one of the harshest places on earth. Due to their endangered origins, a fraction of their population was seized and put into captivity for breeding and release. This change over the years has brought out more diverse features while other, more interesting colonies, were found in other cold regions of the world. In recent years these discoveries have since pushed Chirbits out of the endangered species list and conservation has been haulted while research still remains.
These little creatures are the size of capybara with chubby physiques similar to larger felines. Their legs are short and stout and end with large paws capable of retracting claws. Their beaks tend to range in variety depending on how cold their living place was and what use they moved. Because of this, this species is known be a mix of omnivorous with the main population generally feeding on nuts, berries, and grass. Chirbit wings are small and, now a days, said to be only used mateship rituals and dominance displays.While small, they have been seen, in some Chirbits, to be able to lift the creations slightly off the ground IF the particular specimen is skinnier and has hollow bones. This trait, however, tends to be rare and not to pass down genetically often. One of their more distinctive qualities would be their little halos which, even today, appear to be an unknown anomaly amongst the species that baffles scientists today.

Chirbits may only breed five times in their life span.

Chirbits tend to be monogamous, but some are known to take many mates.

Poly ships may have up to four parental parties to be put into the gene pool when breeding.
[ 5 ]
Only post forms when an artists opens slots.
[ 6 ]
Make sure to have permission from any second or third party user, such as the owner of the other chirbits involved, before breeding,
[ 7 ]
You may keep, gift, or adopt out the Chicks from the batch.
[ 8 ]
Don't steal for chirbit or take one without consent of the owner. An offence like this will result in an immediate temporary ban.

You may mark the thread, but not more than once.

Do not whine that you did not get a slot or beg an artist to get a breeding.
