back story + fictional reason regarding their disappearance + why they're back !!
- Population grew to a concerning figure;; government stepped in and confiscated most bonbons
-- Confiscated bonbons were euthanized on a massive scale
- Some owners were successful in hiding theirs, others turned loose their bonbons to the wild
-- People caught w/bonbons after the ban were fined heavily and had their bon taken
- eventually, the # of domestic bons dropped to a tiny amount
- meanwhile, numbers were increasing steadily in the wild, disrupting food webs
- decades after the ban the government realized that the startling efficiency at which bons reproduced were worth studying
- they were legalized once more, with strict rules regarding breeding
-- Once a bon had asexually reproduced two times, and sexually reproduced once, they were to be sterilized by a vet
- to lessen the damage wild bons had on the environment, people were now allowed to go out and tame them as they pleased
this is meant to be a casual, loving atmosphere open to everyone. chicken smoothie has a lot of hate brewing and I want this to be a safe place for every single player on this sight.
