Neptunas (or Neps) are cat-like creatures that are filled completely with water. Their organs are integrated in the water similarly to cells, but they are sentient like humans. Inside them are goldfish, but sometimes the fish may vary in species, and on rare occasions, some may not have fish at all! (A heart-shaped "window" is located on Neps' chests where the fish and water can be seen.) Neptunas developed fins and fish tails and most enjoy spending time around water. They are omnivores and each enjoy different foods.

-These are a closed species, they cannot be made
by anyone other than approved artists
-You may trade Neptunas once a month, but only
for other Neptunas or MYOs, and you must
PM me when doing so
-Giving tryout art to the winner of any contest is
highly encouraged
-You may own a maximum of 10
-Giving art to the winner is encouraged but not
mandatory
-Please PM me after all trades and readopts
so I can update the archive!
-All CS rules apply

Common: Teeth edits, whisker edits, fish breed,
heterochromnia, pupil edits, fin edits, claws
Uncommon: Tail edits (fish related), fur edits,
hair edits, backmane
Rare: Ear edits, added fins, tail edits (anything),
window shape, custom tongue
Very Rare: Extra tails, wings, halos,
horns (anywhere), removing fish,
transparency (with approval), glow, scales
Legendary: Extra/moved window, magic powers,
missing/extra limbs, double sets of wings,
elemental aspects, other animals or liquid,
removing fins, removing liquid

-Two Neptunas must be mates before breeding, declared on the fanclub 3 days prior
-You may breed each Neptuna up to 3 times, each guarenteed to recieve 2 kits
-Polyamorous breedings are allowed up to three. More are allowed to be mates, but three must be chosen to breed
-Divorces are discouraged, but PM me and we can discuss!
-Readopts are allowed to break up mates and re-mate, but only with permission from the other party(s).
-All sexual oriantations are allowed to mate and artists cannot limit this in compettiotns!
-There is a 10 day cooldown for breedings

-Can be awarded randomly for good deeds by staff with my approval
Staff gets:

Start: uncommon and rare custom
Every two months: rare custom
OR
Every four months: very rare custom

HMs get:

Common: 3 HMs
Uncommon: 5HMs
Rare: 10 HMs
Very Rare (one trait, unlimited below): 15 HMs
Legendary (one legendary, one very rare, unlimited below): 20HMs + majority staff approval
