[Rules]
1 - All other Hazard Cat rules apply here.
2 - Each user has 12 nursery slots that are separate from the main adopts. Any cats adopted or claimed here will fill a nursery slot.
3 - Cats must be adults to breed.
-----Exception: Cats with Teacup Syndrome that are in their teen phase can breed as well.
4 - Teacup teens can only breed with other teacup teens, not adults or growing teens.
5 - A fourth child can only breed with other fourth children.
6 - If the cat is growing (you adopted them in spark or teen stage) they must have been adults for a week before breeding.
7 - If the cat was adopted in adult stage, they can be bred right away.
8 - After being bred, each couple must wait one month before breeding again.
9 - Each cat can only be bred 3 times. Changing the cat's mate does not reset this number.
10 - Cats can breed right away after becoming mates, as there is no wait time nor do you need to announce on the forums that those cats are mates (but you still can if you'd like).
11 - All cats are capable of breeding together, as hazards are sexless
12 - Hazards do not have to mate for life, but they never will switch mates more than 3 times.
13 - If you're breeding with a cat that isn't yours, you must have the owner's permission.
14 - Inbreeding is not allowed.
15 - The number of sparks in a litter is determined by a randomizer.
-----Exception: Collaborative breeding tickets will always result in an even number of sparks.
16 - After two months of being posted, a litter can be considered adults (this nursery only). They no longer will be grown in the Color-in Center.
17 - Common traits (grates and tails) are more likely to be passed down than rarer traits.
18 - The rarer the cat is, the higher chance they have of getting a fourth spark. [Common - 0%] [Uncommon - 5%] [Rare - 10%] [Milestone - 15%]
