7/25/15 Alright, so we're having trouble getting the dogs adopted...the center is now under reconsideration / hiatus...

Welcome to the official Passive Eskian adoption center, where dogs that are meant to cease get a second chance.

Passive Eskians were first born when a German Shepherd was trapped in a snow avalanche in the mountains - and mutated to survive the condition, thus becoming the first Eskian. In a small number of years, there were many all around the globe, and people decided to do something about it - so it became legal to shoot them on sight.

We don't support the idea of killing innocent dogs, so every day we take 2 - 4 Eskians from all around the world and bring them here. (yes, illegally)
We make sure that each gets a careful and loving owner, after finding that, actually, they make excellent housepets. So;

Passive Eskians are a breed of thick-necked, shield-tailed dogs that don't need much care, and are loyal to the end, but can be rough to train, as they may seem very afraid at first. However, good owners will get the hang of it in no time!

Recently, we've found that it is possible to put accessories on Passive Eskians, and they don't mind it!
Here at the center we pay for all the costs (items, customs, breeding) in ➸, or Arrowheads, if you will.

Please note that Beta Eskians, or Eskians made before 6/4/15, cannot have accessories.

You must be here to breed your Passive Eskians!

It's easy; the way Eskians do so. You put 2 in the same room, leave for a few hours, and come back.
Though the parents bred, the way Eskians are born, actually, they look not much like their parents. They'll always have a few of their parents' color variations, but usually in different shades. As well, to show that the outcome was a bred Eskian, the outcome will have two eye colors: one for each of their parents! Because they are so big, Eskians can only come in litters of 1, and are born in their adult sizes for this reason. Bred PE's can breed with other Bred ones. Breds can also breed with Customs, but not normal Eskians. A baby Eskian will have to wait a week to be able to enter adulthood and breed. The breeding cooldown for parents is also, a week. They do not have to be mates forever, they can breed with other Eskians. If you want to look into breeding, fill out this form and submit it! You must have permission from both owners (if there are two owners). Breeding costs 100 ➸.

Please know that only male x female can breed; not meant to be offensive, but that is how the world works.

So you want to design your own Passive Eskian? You're at the right place! Unlike Bred ones, Custom Eskians can bypass the ownership limit, but each custom does cost a rough 350 ➸ each. You can order 1 custom every week. Each custom ordered will be answered within 24 hours. Customs may breed with manual PE's and breds, but they cannot breed with other Customs. If there is something you dislike about your custom, feel free to change it. Now, that's enough rules, let's get started!

Upon adoption, we have some rules laid down to enforce that everyone has a fair share of Passive Eskians:

1. Currently, you can only have 6 at a time. (with the exception of customs) This rule may change to a higher amount at any time.

2. The type of biome the Eskian lives in determines whether it is common, uncommon, or rare. Meadow Eskians are common, beach Eskians are uncommon, and mountain Eskians are rare.

3. Do not sell your Eskians to people for currency. Eskians may be traded, but you must inform me about this by PM and have had both owners agreed.
