What are Eastern Spotted Equids? (ESE)
Ese's are wild horses that are always spotted. The females have feathered hooves and the males have antlers and two-toed hooves.* They live in eastern mountians on every continent except antartica and the arctic. Their behavior is very aggressive towards humans. They do not live in herd like regular horses. They are solitary most of their life. They live with their mate for two weeks. They raise their young until they are two years old in autumn. Their spots vary in sizes as groups but as an individual they are all the same size. Their spots are not visible until they are 6 months old. If two ese's meet they will most likely rear and buck until one retreats. The loser is then banished from the mountains. They feed on any plants they find.
