~ Manticore Pound ~
The Manticores have been long forgotten and thought of only as a legend. After a great war, between Nemean Lions, many have scattered around the world, with many more having been killed off. The remaining Manticores have adapted and learned the way of the elements, adopting earth, wind, electricity, water, fire, ice, and magma as new abilities, this noble creatures will fight to rise again, against the tyranny of the Nemean Lions.
Way of Life ~
Manticores are social creatures, preferring to live in medium sized groups called prides, seeing as they are lions just like their Nemean cousins. Their Pride hierarchy goes from Alpha being the leader, Beta, third in command, warriors, hunters, Medics, mentors, apprentices, and cubs. Everyone in the pride has a role. Their individual prides contain up to 20 members, not including cubs. Males often create bachelor groups of up to 5 males. They feed off of almost anything with 4 legs, seeing as with their strength, they can take down almost anything together. Despite being powerful creatures, they are easily spooked and prefer to stay out of trouble.
Mates ~
Manticores mate for life. The male will mark the female by biting a small scar into her shoulder, seeing as manticores have 3 rows of teeth, no marks are the same.
Once the female has been marked, the mates can communicate telepathically. They can have up to 2 litters together, on average having 2 cubs at a time.

Adoption prizes depend on their Coats
