✧ Pan'ciels ✧

✧ Information about Pan'ciels...

Pan'ciels have the size of a baby panda. The pearl on their collar has the same color than their eyes and their wings are covered by colourful patterns that help them to attract their mate. Some Pan'ciel don't have wings but they are really rare.
Pan'ciels are nocturnal animals and live in forests, near lakes and rivers, where they can easily find their food : their glowing antennas help them to attract fireflies.
They are also peaceful and curious creatures

✧ Some rules if you want to adopt a Pan'ciel...

1. Tess' rules apply.
2. Do not steal the specie/ a Pan'ciel that doesn't belong to you.
3. Do not ask to be part of the staff (artist, mod,etc.) if applications are not open and do not ask for a custom Pan'ciel.
4. You are allowed to have 3 Pan'ciels, not more.
5. You are allowed to use your Pan'ciel off-site and/or as your character if you want. But no fursona.
6. Don't sell/gift your Pan'ciel. If you don't want your it anymore, please PM me and it will be up for re-adoption.
7. Please stay polite and do not make a drama if you don't win.

✧ Some rules for artists...

1. You may have 1 custom. It counts in your 3 Pan'ciels.
2. You may add small accessories and do minor changes on the lines (horns, spikes,...).
3. You may create a non-winged Pan'ciel, but keep in mind that they're supposed to be rare, like 1/50.
4. You may create your own form (with art/poem/personnality/etc) but do not ask for bids/$CS...
5. Artists will start as guest artists. Guest artists may create 3 Pan'ciels.
