Rules

- Do not copy Starry's! They were a species created by Vineta, which she graciously opened to the public. Abusing this violates the art theft rule of Chickensmoothie, which means you will get reported.

- You may take them off-site, but please give credit to Vineta - the creator - and the artist who designed your pup on here.

- Any foul behaviour, names or looks and you will be banned from making them.

- You may own an unlimited amount of Starry's, but please don't go overboard on it.

- Do not add accessories or any mutations to your Starry. You can earn things like this in events. Piercings and tiny things like that are allowed, but no major things such as glasses or scarves.

- You may sell Starry's for CS pets or DA points. Do not however, sell them for real money or C$!

- Once you get a design, you may make your own lines, use a free gift line or get someone else to do it for you ^u^

- Starry's can breed. You may only have 2 in a litter, and can only breed once every four months. Starry Pups take three months to grow and sexually mature - meaning they can have their first litter after three months of ownership.

- Have fun, and follow the rules! There's only the tiniest amount of rules, so please, take time to read them!

- More may be added if future problems arise...

Information

Starries are an open species to everyone. They have manes which carry on to their tails, and can also have different kinds of ears. All Starries have star charms placed in various parts of their bodies, with the limit currently being six stars maximum per character. They also have a galaxy that trails from their paws, which can be various colors! Starries can grow to be the size of Great Danes, which means that they can be ridden; they are also capable of flying, due to their light weight, although a rider can hinder their flight some.

Stars

A starry's star is an essential item. Without it, a Starry would die, as the flickering power of the star gives it energy. When a star is smashed, it will still have more, but if they all get smashed, then it will die!

Galaxy

The galaxy that trails from a Starry's paws are shining with tiny, microscopic stars. These stars are just for decoration,to impress other Starry's. When a female also has a pup, the pup feeds off the galaxy, and while its not feeding it grows back.

In Regards to Breeding

- A Starry doesn't have to be permanently mated in order to breed with another Starry.

- Starries can only breed once every four months; pups have to wait three before they can breed.

- Starries can only have two pups in a litter as of right now. Completely identical twins are rare; however similar looking twins are merely uncommon.

- Both owners must have consented to the breeding. This means you don't have to own both Starries, but all parties involved must be on the same page (this includes what will happen to the pups once they've been designed).

- Starry pups that resulted as a breeding can only be gifted, not sold. However, artists are allowed to sell two Starry pup designs (not created from a breeding) for CS pets or DA points once a month.

- If a Starry pup/design that was made here is no longer wanted, please inform me (wolfpuppies) via pm. That way I can contact the artist and we can determine what will happen to it; do not sell this design or offer it to an adoption agency - if you want to gift it, please inform me (wolfpuppies) and the archivist so that we can keep track of this.

- Starries that are related in any fashion cannot breed.

- A regular breeding resulting in two pups is free; however, any edits desired can require payments (within reason), which will be specified by the artist below. This is because edits on the parents, different manes, accessories, mutations, etc can be passed down to offspring, but they aren't guaranteed.
* However, the monthly pair of random pair of Starry pups are allowed to be bought - up to a rare pet in price per pup.

Thanks. As soon as the idea was suggested last night, I started sketching some ideas on paper and this came close to my favorite outcome~ x3
