- Electrus Cats are small, short-haired cats with long fluffy tails. They are named for the electric charge running through and around their tail and in their antennae. This charge can get lethally up to thousands of watts, or can only tickle the skin. It depends on the cat's mood. Electrus cats are cheeky, mischievous and cunning 85% of the time, they love to mess with phones, computers and televisions, making them ripple with static or flash different channels, websites and apps, much to the owner's annoyance. Despite this, they are also loving, gentle and very amusing, they can charge batteries, power devices and even warm houses!
Electrus cats eat red meat, fish and insects. They absolutely love fireflies and salmon. Electrus cats behave much like the average domestic cat, they purr, meow, and scratch couches. They are very romantic in mating season, and a male's charge will often change colour to different shades of purple to show off to the ladies. Courtship over a female consists of a battle between two males, they will zap each other with their charge and set fire to things. Electrus cats are attracted to light and fire, and always sleep with a light on, even if it's just an antenna glowing.
