Hello there, I see that you are wondering what a Quérid is. Well a Quérid is a ferret like creature, it lives far off around the South American jungles. They mostly sleep on trees or dig up a hole under the ground. But they are friendly creatures, they like to approach around humans and grab all there things, playing foolishly with them.

But not also they could live in the jungle, they can be great house pets. They're are the same as Ferrets. Same size, but not the same as you expect them to be. They have longer a tail that carry out 2 spikes (or you can say very sharp bones), and bigger ears. The spikes are there for reason, for protection when they feel unsafe or endanger.

They can be in any sort of color, beside neon like colors. The skin part of the tail is always pink , because it doesn't have any fur and it's all skin, some are a tan like color, but these kinds are uncommon, some may be black, but those are rare. Hardly are ever found with a color tail like that.

They give birth lively, they don't lay eggs. All of them are born pink (And rarely black), and shows a bit of there making and colors, they are faded. Once they get about almost 2 weeks old, they started growing fur and most of there colors and markings are shown.

They live about 24 years, maybe older. But no longer than 26 years.
