[Puffee]

Hello there, and welcome to Flutterbee Incorporated or FBI for short. Here at FBI, we have created a breeding program for Flutterbees. What happens, is we collect Flutterbees and bring them here where they will join the breeding program and let the species live on. Then we take the baby Flutterbees and put them up for adoption. And, oh, what's that? You don't know what a Flutterbee is? Well then, let me explain.

A Flutterbee or Fbee for short is a small, winged blob. They have no noses, as they smell through their antennae. Their bones are hollow and flexible making it easy for them to fly and bend around. They have no legs or arms, but only little feet and hands. Some Flutterbees have tails and some don't. Flutterbee's can have any type of wings at all, including chibi. Flutterbees eat anything, and I mean anything (watch where you put your homework). Flutterbees range size from being able to fit in the palm of your hand to being the size of your head! Oh yes, one more thing; all Flutterbees have some sort of minor disorder, like sneezing whenever they eat pickles. Just little things like that.

Now, like every good buisness we have some rules and we expect you to follow them.

~Do not take someone else's Fbee.
~Respect everyone else.
~Do not bribe the breeders, you will be banned from coming here.
~Do not steal the FBI (meaning don't steal this species)
~Do not be greedy and take home more than 10 Fbees.
~Please don't spam.

So that I didn't mess up the way I did the introduction thingy on the first post, I thought I would explain it to you guys here.
Also, if an Fbee has wings that another artist (other than myself) drew, that artist can put there sig on the Fbees wings. That's why the wings have signatures on them.
On this post, is also all the rules and stuff for staff members

The first post has been colo(u)r coded since I don't have titles and things for the different sections (rules n stuff)

Rules for Staff members
If you don't want to read this, it's ok. But, you must read this if you are staff.

Artists/Breeders
Remember to read these before making any.

~Fbees each have a unique disorder. You can either tell the adopters what it is, or you could let them decide. Remember, they all have to be unique.
~Exactly the same as the above rule, except with names. Although you should usually let the adopters decide that.
~Fbees can have any type of wings. I've added some but feel free to make your own wings on the Wings 4 layer. If you make your own wings, feel free to put you signature on the wings, but please not anywhere else.
~There are no rare Fbees so you may make plain, one-colo(u)red ones. Just keep this to a minimum.
~Dark colo(u)red Fbees are fine.
~Make sure you fill in all of the color/hex codes (I've provided everything I possibly could) and put the adopt me sign up. You must take the atopt me sign down once the Fbee is adopted.
~Make sure the compatition for adopting an Fbee is different. Don't just to 'pick the best name' compatitions. Mix it up, be creative.
~Remember to make some Fbees without tails. The tail layers are separate from the other layers.
~After an Fbee is adopted, you must add the winner to colo(u)r so they add accessories and other things if they want.
~You may make yourself a maximum of 9 customs. Your last slot can be filled with either an adoptable you win or a baby that one of your Fbees had.
~You must make at least one adoptable every 2 weeks. Otherwise you'll be removed from the staff. If for some reason you can't get on, please let me know so you don't lose your job.
~You may make edits to the antennae and/or the wings if you would like. Remember, if you draw your own wings, you can add a signature. If you are editing wings that I've drawn, keep my signature.
~ When posting an Fbee make sure you put this first thing on the post:
