I want to keep this short,so please read the rules if you want to do everything quickly. I would prefer if you read all the pages.

~Rules~
1.No copying this idea.
2.Do not ask to be an artist unless I have forms up,or a contest.
3.Please be polite.
4.MODERATORS and myself with moderate. Customers and artists cannot moderate.
5.Don't make too many adopts as an artist.
6.Don't advertise or spam please.
7.Don't fill out forms badly. Ex:]Personality-I don't want to fill this out
8.Please use good spelling and grammar.
9.No begging! Begging will get you NO where! This means complaining about how much customs are,how you can't get a seal,or how HORRIBLE us staff are,or how you REALLY want to be a staff member.
10.Don't offer to "fancy up" our page,or change the forms at all. Your request will be automatically denied.
11.If you break a rule,you'll be given a warning. Three warnings and you're banned.
12.Don't ask to be a staff member,fill out a form,or don't ask if there isn't a contest or forms.
13.Staff members can be banned from their jobs,or fired. If I find you breaking a rule more than once,I'll ban you,and if you don't stop,I'll fire you.

~Artist Rules~
1.No making licensed characters
2.No making too bright seals
3.Don't make too many line edits. I understand one or two,but not too many.
4.ONLY CUSTOMS have the male/female symbols.
5.Don't always give customers 3 pups. Make a few customers 1 pup,and don't do a pattern of the number of pups you do.
6.Full-time artists will get to make one tester,which determines whether or not you get hired. If your work is creative,fun,and gets customers interested,then I'll hire you.

All staff get 50 FD for joining the staff,and another 50 for every month they work hard. They all get ONE free custom they do themselves for being staff members.

~Guest Artist Rules~
1.You can be a guest artist for a month and get 50 FD,or do 10 customs/adoptions and get to make one custom for yourself.

FAQ

How long does it take for a pup to grow into a seal?
One week.

Can pups wear items?
No,only full-grown seals can wear items. We'll keep any items you want to use for your seal until you want to use it.

How many Fish Dollars can get for a pet,such as a common or a very common?
There is a chart shown on the page for FD

Can I take items off my seal?
Yes.

Can I sell items back to the store?
Yes. The store will take back any items you don't want/need.

Can I get money back from the FD bank? I don't want there to be FD in my account,but there's FD it it.
The bank will try its best to give you your pets back for the FD you don't want anymore but we can't promise the original pets you gave us.

How do I adopt a seal?
One of the artists or myself posts a drawing of a seal,and a form is posted along with the seal. Any seals up for adoption say "Adopt Me" next to them.
