Canis Draco - Growable Canine Dragon Adoptables

Postby I Don't Exist » Sun Mar 18, 2012 12:11 pm

Welcome to the Canis Draco Adoption Center! Read on if you wish to adopt.

Rules
-Please do not take outside of CS without my permission.
-All of the CS rules apply.
-Please do not say you made these up. I did.
-Don't just let unwanted Canis Draco collect dust! Put them in the pound so someone can adopt them.
-Have fun!!
-If you actually read these rules, put this in the 'Other' space on your form: Pickles!

About Canis Draco
Canis Draco are small, canine-like wingless dragons. They are almost entirely carnivorous and hunt in small packs with up to 6 members. These packs usually have a breeding pair and their offspring and/or siblings. Males are slightly larger than females.

How To Adopt
There are several ways to get a Canis Draco. One is adopting a pre-made. These are free and come in three types, first post (green dot), best story (red dot), and random (blue dot). Pre-mades don't start growing until adopted. The form to adopt these is:
Code: Select all
I Want A Pre-Made!
Username:
Name:
Story:
Other:

Post this on the page of the pre-made you wish to adopt.
Another way to get one is a custom, which comes in two types. Both cost one uncommon or rare wishlist pet. The first type is a normal custom, which is what you normally expect. The second is a bred custom, which is "bred" from two or your CS pets. The forms are:
Code: Select all

and

Post a custom form on the main thread.
You can also adopt a Canis Draco from the pound, where unwanted Canis Draco are left. You cannot drop off a baby, only juveniles and adults. Right now, there aren't any in the pound.
To drop off a Canis Draco, post this form:
Code: Select all

Growth and Care
These are growable adoptables, so of course they grow. They have three stages, Baby, Juvenile, and Adult. They grow to the next stage in 3 days when cared for properly. Babies must be fed at least twice to grow, and juveniles should be fed once or they won't reach adulthood. Adults don't need any care, but they can get lonely if they don't have a companion.

Breeding
If you have a male adult and a female adult you can breed them. This action is free. The pups arrive 3 days after breeding. Litter size is usually around 3. The form for breeding is:
Code: Select all

Artists
Currently, I don't need any artists. Right now the permanent artists are me, and FluffyTheUnicorn.

Pie-flavored peanut butter. It tastes like pie. Holy bovine.
'Twas brillig in the slithy toves,
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe.
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

I recently became obsessed with Gorillaz. This is a completely random statement and it really doesn't matter at all.

Oh, I just realized that I didn't write pickles, that is because I was in a rush and trying to finish up on the computer when I found this!

You said in the intro that they like companions and she's just so cute!

Story: Voluta was abandoned as a child, having been born weak. By some amazing chance of fate she was found by a loving human (or am I a dragon?) and raised alongside her other Canis Draco, Aqua. Soon she shall grow up into a strong faithful companion, who I will love forever, as I will Aqua.
Other: PICKLES! And thank you!

Possibly! I guess I'll go make a contest. How shall I notify you of it being ready?
