I am pretty sure TWG has closed a competition to new forms a few days before the official deadline many times in the past, Tundra, many judges do it as they see fit. It's really not a mean move at all, its her right as the host of the competition to do so.

Yes, this is correct. In order for your form to be completed you need 2 facts about WOI that can be found here: WOI Page

A question... when the form says Art (2 pieces), does that mean a maximum of two, or at least two?

I see TONS of people did that, and wasn't sure if it was allowed?

Also, is 2 pieces of art the minimum, or the maximum allowed? May
we add more than two?

Maximum of two is what this means, this excludes the armor design as this is something separate.

The contest says '5 short words' so I would imagine that it would just be the five short words, however I do know this is allowed for explanations but do know if you have an explanation it may not be taken into an account, and while it may not hurt your form it may not assist it either. So, basically, this is allowed but know it might not even aid your form as for judging [I'm not particularly judging here] it may not even be taken into account unless it fits personality perfectly. Owners have won with both it would be personal preference I imagine.
And same as before, 2 pieces of art is the maximum. You cannot add anymore than that as I think it may actually make you disqualified.

I will run this by TWG just in case and then give you her exact words, although I do know for a fact that 2 art is the maximum.

I'm just saying for those who don't have such permissions to not overload their form with art because the maximum for art is two otherwise. If you have TWG's permission thats fine, there are a few users [I think 3] in this comp who were given the allowance for an art piece more because of a special attunement. c":
your fine, its just in general statement. no one without permission should be doing over 2.
