I want her to have a dark colored base, black or a ash grey would do. For her markings, bright neon markings. Like splatter paint, which glow slightly in the dark. Her eyes are a glowing ember color c:

A wild mane going down her back. She has longs bangs, scene-ish. The look a lot like the wigs we got for Halloween this year. Her mane is black, as well as her bangs, but her bangs has specks of rainbow in the tips. She has other items, but I'll add those in :3
