Once the designs are adopted, are they still your property, or do they belong to us?
Also, can we have art made from the designs?

Once you adopt them, they belong to you. And yes, you can of course make/order art of the Cream Puff Fox you own, are trying out for, or someone else's as long as you have the owner's permission ;3
