colour swatches are patches with your colours on them....

Another name would be color palette. C: For example, this design has the swatches but not the hex codes:

Ah, I get it. ^^ I've only heard it being called a color palette before. My apologies.
So for people who ask for those, does that mean you have to add them so they get the hex codes of the 'swatches', or do they only see what the colors looks like, and eyeball them?

I always add people so they can colour in the designs they order. C:
So if they don't ask for hex codes on the image but do ask for colour swatches, they can get the hex codes themselves or eyeball the palette, whatever they prefer.

Ah, in that case you should be able to order here once I open again. Just keep in mind the design may end up different from what you describe! If you're looking for something you can have more control over, my art shop would be a better option.

As for when I'll open again, I'm not sure. Between this and art trades I've got a lot of designing to do, not to mention keeping up with my moderating and real life stuff. Because these ones are free, they're something I work on when I feel like it, rather than a priority. I'd rather not stress over something I intended to just be fun.
