I am going to offer CUSTOMS for an undisclosed time.

The payments I'd prefer:
Base Sleipnir, simple markings [simple is relative, so we can talk about this]: Three rares, any year.
Base Sleipnir, complex markings [see above]: Four rares.
Harbringer: One VR, two for complex design.
Items: One rare each. Uncommons if they're simple, like anklets or necklaces or hair streaks.

Things like feathers or combined manes aren't extra, they are included in Base Sleipnir.

I can accept and reject customs as I please, and I can close customs when I please as well.
These will be expensive, as customs are normally a STAFF privilege, but I am in need or rares, so I figures this as as good as any.
