I finally got round to uploading the stamp onto my flickr page:

I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. Basically, if you go onto deviantart and type in 'Stamp Templates', you can find loads of great templates to use. Then you can open them in Photoshop and edit the layers to best suit the design of stamp you were hoping for. ^^
