For anyone who's good with computers...

I thought I turned my laptop off last night, but when I opened it, it said 'installing update 7 out of 11', and then it turned off. I pushed the on button, and it turned on, but said it was installing 14000 updates. It did it quickly though, and then turned off. I pushed the on button again, but it wouldn't turn on right. The screen turned a dark gray and the cursor won't move, and when I hit the keyboard, like the caps lock button, the light doesn't go off. What did I do? It's been like that for 10-15 minutes...

I'm on my mom's laptop btw, so I won't be able to draw anything except the occasional pixel thing.

edit: My mom fixed it... Me and technology do not mix.
