Newbie is a confusing term. Do you mean as in people who don't own any free feline designs or new players to cs?

I mean 'newbie' in the sense of people new to Free Feline Designs: i.e. people who haven't ordered any designs in the past.
Note this only applies to custom orders, not people who have obtained designs made here in some other way.

I adopted my last design "Wed Apr 04, 2012 7:14 pm" on the original thread. Would I be considered 'newbie' to this thread or still a usual customer?

If you've already ordered a design, no matter how long ago, you wouldn't be considered a 'newbie' when it comes to things like newbie-only openings. Newbies are people who have never had a chance to order before, here or on the old thread.
