There are no customs, you have to adopt premade ones. Sorry but I don't think you can ever have that design as a Sealgon! ^^;
You can ask Freckle to see if you can use the design for a different animal, though. :3 Like a wolf or cat. Just not a Sealgon.

The artists of each design pick when they end it. Usually on Sealgons, they wait until they find a bid they love.
Maybe add more pets? :3
