Several options include: Switching to a different browser (I personally use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, the latter I prefer but takes forever to finally synch with Oekaki since it apparently did not want to accept my Java update). Download Java/a Java Update (the page should tell you which on you'll need if either). Update your internet browser (sometimes things won't work unless you update it).
That's all I can think of.

i use chrome but it showed me something of security stuff... it worked normally... and I have java and stuff...
