with uni coming up, I don't want to keep a character that I'm not connecting with.
with this, I'm putting Toxicity up for readopt through pm based forms ;D;

rules;
1. only non-owners and 1-plume owners may enter!
2. do not include art
3. feel free to pretty up the form through coding and gifs
4. do not add anything extra to the form
5. he must remain male, but you are welcome to change his sexual identity.
