Neal's owner decided to give their WoI back to TheWolfsgirl90 because they hadn't enough time for him. They let me decide about the litter and it was my choice to cancel the adoption because I wished a happy little family. Without Neal my girls wouldn't have a caring Dad.
I'm really sorry guys, you can't even imagine how sad at heart I am now... I fell in love with the two already but well, I can't change Neal's decision but I respect it.
